Recently, Y6 stepped back in time for an immersive History lesson on the Maya civilisation! Working with desk-sized timelines, the children plotted key events from Maya history alongside major events happening in Britain during the same period. Comparing the two worlds side by side sparked some brilliant discussions and helped pupils develop a clearer understanding of global history.
It was fantastic to see such curiosity and enthusiasm for learning across the whole classroom. Well done, Y6!
