Welcome
to Class 4
Mr Cooper
Meet your teacher
Hi everyone! My name is Mr Cooper and I will be joining the Foljambe team in September as Year 5 teacher. I am honoured and privileged to have been selected for this role and be a part of the Foljambe family. I have been a primary teacher for 21 years, most of which is teaching at Key Stage 2. Now, I am excitedly looking forward to working with colleagues throughout the trust, but also to have a class of my own so to speak.
I am proud father to Georgia, my daughter, who I am looking forward to walking down the isle in August 2026 when she marries Jake – also Cooper.
When time allows, I keep active cycling, going to the gym and motorbiking – fine weather! To relax, I go ledger fishing to enjoy the tranquillity, nature and catch that elusive big carp. At home I like to listen to a range of music genres, depending on the mood, but I particularly love Jamming to blues and rock backing tracks on a selection of guitars I have collected over the years.
I eagerly await joining the WPT team in a more formal capacity in September and therefore wish everyone a well-earned rest and a great summer break. See you all in September!
Meet your Teaching Assistant
Miss Finch
Hello,I’m Miss Finch and I’m really excited to see you all back in September! I’ve been at Foljambe since June 2024 and I’m really enjoying my time here and getting to know you all! I can’t wait to get creative and have some art projects and fun this year with everyone. While I’m not at school I’m usually going out for walks, travelling, playing video games and drawing or painting! I spent the last year in Class 3 with years 3 and 4 and I am so happy to be moving to Mr Cooper’s class with the year 4s who will becoming year 5s in September! I am so proud of you all.I cant wait to see you all again in the new academic year to do lot’s of learning, art and basketball outside at break and dinner! Have the most lovely summer holidays.
