In recent weeks, Class 2 have been studying portraits by Pablo Picasso in our Art lessons. We learnt that his early portraits were in a realistic style before he developed the cubist style, that he used in his later work.
He then painted portraits that showed different viewpoints at the same time. We also explored how he used colour to show emotion, and then created our own portraits in this style and developed a colour palette to show the emotions we wanted to portray.
