This week in Science, Year 5 have been learning about measuring force and understanding how it is measured in newtons. The children began by estimating the amount of force acting on different objects before using force metres to take accurate measurements.
This practical activity helped pupils develop their understanding of force as a measurable quantity, while also building important skills such as prediction, careful observation, and recording results. Well done, Y5!
