Maths in Y6

Today, Y6 enjoyed exploring 3D shapes, learning how to recognise and describe their properties, including faces, edges, and vertices. They showed great curiosity as they investigated how different shapes are constructed, discussing their similarities and differences along the way.

A highlight of the lesson was creating nets and using them to build 3D shapes. The pupils had lots of fun constructing and matching them to the correct solids. Great work, well done!
