Another great week of home learning in FS2 and Year 1. The children read the story of Mrs Armitage on Wheels by Quentin Blake.
The children then have enjoyed drawing and labeling their own bikes. They have used First, then, next to sequence the events of the story. In science they investigated how things move, discovered how wheels help vehicles to move and carried out their own test using toys that move.
Recently EYFS have been exploring the life cycle of a chick, and this week they were lucky enough to witness something truly incredible: chicks hatching
